We are looking for a Project Manager within the Warm Homes Team in our Strategic Housing service to lead on the delivery of existing and future fuel poverty initiatives aimed at improving the energy efficiency of homes and providing support to residents to help them save money on their energy bills.

Responsibilities
* Lead on delivery of existing and future fuel poverty initiatives to improve energy efficiency in homes and support residents to save on energy bills.
* Manage multi-million pound retrofit or housing improvement projects.
* Oversee external contractors to agreed outputs and targets.
* Work with and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
* Utilise IT skills (including MS Excel) and various software to manage project delivery, budgets, and produce regular reports in specified formats.
Qualifications and Skills
* Significant experience delivering multi-million pound retrofit or housing improvement projects.
* Experience managing external contractors to agreed outputs and targets would be beneficial.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent IT skills, including MS Excel and the ability to use software to manage projects and budgets and produce reports.
Requirements and Other Details
* Salary: £45,718 - £48,710 plus laptop.
* Working Arrangements: Agile Working / Mon-Thu 9-5, Fri 9-4.30.
* Hours per week: 37.
* Contract type: Permanent.
