Support Worker - Preston Pay: From Real Living Wage and above (dependent on experience and shift type) Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts (including waking nights) Contract: Agency / Ongoing flexible work Precedo Healthcare are seeking experienced support workers to work within a supported living residential unit in Preston, which provides high-quality 24-hour supported living services to adults aged 18 with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and associated conditions, enabling people to live as independently as possible, and lead fulfilling lives within their local community. What You'll Do: As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals to live safely and confidently in their own homes.
