JOB DESCRIPTION For Catering Assistants: Undertake, under the general direction of the Catering Supervisor the preparation,simple cooking and serving of food. For Catering Assistant / Drivers: To deliver meals, food, equipment and provisions to schools and other catering units. Assist in any kitchen within South Ayrshire Council Facilities Management and undertake duties associated with food services. Post B - Catering Assistant (10hrs) (Term Time) - Newton Primary School - The annual salary, adjusted to a term time working pattern, is from £5,939 to £6,207. Post C - Catering Assistant / Driver (20hrs) (Term Time) - Forehill Primary School - The annual salary, adjusted to a term time working pattern, is from £11,878 to £12,415. Post D - Catering Assistant / Driver (16hrs) (52wks) - Wallacetown Early Years Centre - The annual salary is from £11,062 to £11,154.
