Enterprise Architecture and Business Architecture shape how we operate by aligning People, Processes, Information and Technology to strategic priorities. We drive simplification, agility and customer-centric design, supporting a product-aligned operating model and ensuring long-term value across product, data and technology domains.
As Business Architect, you’ll shape UKI’s future-state business architecture for a given function, driving simplification, capability definition and operating-model alignment with strategic priorities. You’ll enable strong decision-making, partner across Product Owners, Portfolio Management and Enterprise Architecture, and help ensure our architecture delivers real value across product, data and technology domains. This role is UK-based with hybrid working options.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
