Duties include: Full Preparation: Detailed surface prep including filling holes with spackle, sanding surfaces to a smooth finish, and precise taping/masking of all edges. Priming & Mist Coating: Correct application of "mist coats" on new plaster to ensure proper adhesion for final layers. Cutting In: Expert brushwork for sharp lines around corners, ceilings, and baseboards. Rolling: Consistent application of two coats of emulsion for a uniform, professional finish.
