About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles to ensure they are safe and legally compliant for our customers to hire. You will focus on quality technical work across our own fleet – approximately 90–95% LCVs and 5–10% cars – giving you real variety and the chance to sharpen your skills across different vehicle types.
Requirements
* At least three years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician.
* Great attitude, strong team spirit and a genuine can‑do approach.
* Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn about Hybrid & EV repair, tail lift, braking systems, electrics, etc.
Training & Development
We have our own internal IMI accredited training department where you can be upskilled on Hybrid & EV vehicle repair, Tail lift, braking systems, electrics, etc. For those trained to Level 2, you can take a training needs analysis to build a personalised training programme.
