An established and growing business is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and optimise its end-to-end operational performance.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing production planning, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, ensuring customer demand is delivered efficiently, profitably and on time.
The Role
Lead the full operational value chain from planning through to delivery
Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, procurement and warehouse operations
Implement effective Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency and cost control
Manage supplier and logistics relationships
Lead and develop a high-performing operations team
Work closely with commercial and finance teams to support growth
About You
Senior operations leadership experience
Background in manufacturing or supply chain environments
Strong experience in operational planning and continuous improvement
Commercially aware with strong leadership capability
Hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced business
