Commercial Contracts Manager – Manufacturing & Engineering
£60k - £70k base + 10% Bonus + Extensive benefits and package.
4 days in the office, 1 day at home per week.

As a manufacturing business, they design, and service high-performance incineration equipment trusted in over 20 countries around the world. With over 140 years of engineering expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement, they are proud to set the standard in in this field.
Due to global expansion through not organics and acquisitive growth, they now seek a Commercial Contracts Manager to join their senior leadership team here in the UK.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer you will be responsible for
* Providing commercial and contractual expertise across both Service and Project engineering areas of the business
* Full contract file ownership, proactive renewals, development and maintenance of templates, and negotiation of contractual terms with customers and suppliers (globally)
* Being the central owner of contractual terms and conditions across the business, ensuring consistency, compliance, and risk mitigation
* Supporting international markets (initially Australia and New Zealand, with potential expansion into other regions)
* Full ownership all terms and conditions of service and project contracts, providing commercial support across business units for all contractual purchases.
This is a superb opportunity where you will have strategic input into the commercial/contract activities of the business.

The Candidate
Ideally you will be
* Commutable to West Yorkshire
* Have worked for a manufacturer or engineering business
* Have had previous experience of commercial or customer contract management in relation to service agreements (LTSA’s or service agreements) or contracts in relation to engineering projects.
* Someone who is motivated and driven to want to build a career and be part of a growing business.
