School Administrator Needed - North Sheffield Primary School
Part-time (Thursdays & Fridays), 8:00am - 4:00pm
Potential to increase to full-time from January 2026
Tradewind Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a warm and welcoming primary school in North Sheffield in their search for a School Administrator to join their office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, friendly and proactive individual who thrives in a busy school environment. The role is initially 2 days per week-Thursdays and Fridays-with working hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm, and there is a strong possibility the position may become full-time from January.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact on the school reception
Greeting visitors, parents and pupils in a professional and welcoming manner
Managing incoming calls and emails
Supporting daily administrative tasks such as data entry, registers and filing
Assisting senior staff with general office duties
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
Has previous experience in a school office or similar administrative environment
Is confident, personable and able to multitask
Has strong IT skills and a good telephone manner
Can remain calm under pressure and handle a variety of tasks efficiently
Is committed to supporting the smooth running of a busy primary school office
