We offer a fantastic opportunity for graduates passionate about the built environment to join our award-winning Civil and Structural Engineering team. You will work on sustainable projects, developing your technical and soft skills through our 'The Learning Curve' program.

What you will need to succeed?
* A relevant degree (BEng Hons, BSc Hons, or equivalent)
* Humility, motivation, enthusiasm
* Excellent communication skills

Additional attributes appreciated
* Knowledge or interest in sustainable urban drainage, biodiversity, flood risk, nutrient neutrality
* Digital engineering skills, coding experience
* Fluency in additional languages
* Relevant industry experience
* Software proficiency (AutoCAD, WinDES, etc.)
* UK Driving Licence
* Membership with ICE or IStructE
