Hours: 40 hours/week | Mon to Fri | 08:00 – 16:30
Pay rate: £13.89/hour

What you'll do:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and operate tills confidently
* Keep shelves stocked and displays looking great
* Handle deliveries, stock checks, and maintain accurate records
* Support with picking and packing orders
* Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment
* Occasionally escort customers (prisoners) to and from the shop
* Assist with admin tasks like answering calls and emails.
What we're looking for:
* You've lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work
* Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
* Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus – but not essential
* Comfortable working as part of a team and sometimes on your own.
