Experienced HR Administrator / Assistant required to work for manufacturing company based in Plymouth. Reporting to the HR Manager you will support and act as an integral member in the day-to-day running of the HR team. You will help keep employee records up to date, provide generalist administrative support across all areas of HR in a confidential manner, support recruitment activities, and provide a professional and friendly point of contact for colleagues and managers. This is a temporary position covering planned sickness absence for approximately 3 months. Key Responsibilities: * Support recruitment processes (advertising roles, arranging interviews, preparing offers). * Maintainemployee records paper-based and electronically. * Assistonboarding and induction. * Respond to employee and manager queriespromptly and correctly. * Track absence and holidays. * Support payroll administration. * Prepare HR documents. * Support training and HR activity. * Ensure compliance with policiesand processes. * Handle confidential data responsiblyand maintain confidentiality. * Undertake a range of general office and admin tasks.
