Assistant Management Accountant/ Finance Professional - 6-Month Contract
Location : Nottingham (On-site)
Salary : £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours : Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Start Date : ASAP
A global organisation based in Nottingham is seeking a Finance Professional to join their team on an initial 6-month contract. This role has been created due to additional funding and offers an exciting opportunity to work across all finance functions, including audit preparation and ad hoc management accounting tasks. You will be part of a collaborative team, reporting directly to the Finance Director. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and hands-on, with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support audit preparation and compliance activities.
Assist with management accounting tasks and month-end processes.
Provide ad hoc financial support across the department.
Collaborate with the Finance Director and wider team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Experience in auditing or audit preparation.
Part-qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience with Business Central is advantageous but not essential.
