We are recruiting a Senior Manager for a well-established and growing accountancy practice. This is a senior role with responsibility for managing a significant client portfolio, leading a team, and contributing to the ongoing growth of the firm. There is a clear progression route to Director level within 2-3 years for the right individual.
The Role
* Manage and oversee a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring a high standard of service
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team across accounts, audit, and advisory work
* Act as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships
* Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and support new business
* Work closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational initiatives
* Contribute to improving processes, efficiency, and overall practice performance
The Person
* Strong post-qualification experience within an accountancy practice
* Proven experience managing client portfolios and leading teams
* Commercially minded with an interest in business development
* Confident communicator with good leadership and relationship-building skills
* Ambitious and motivated to progress to Director level
