Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards
* Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed
* Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels as needed
* Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
* Maintain cleaning equipment in good working order and ensure it is stored safely after use
* Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
Requirements
* Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with team members effectively
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
* Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
* Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and visitors
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive attitude with attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
