Role Overview:
Seeking a Key Account & Business Development Manager to drive growth within the Aid & Development unit. This role involves managing key accounts and expanding our presence in low and middle-income countries, primarily in Africa and the Middle East. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities within target markets.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, including organizations and governments.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations and oversee contract agreements with clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities.
- Travel internationally to meet with clients and explore business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Understanding of the aid and development sector.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional skills:
- Fluency in French is advantageous.
- Prior experience with Ministries of Health, Central Medical Stores, distributors, agents, and other regional partners in Africa is beneficial.
Location:
EU or UK-based, with remote work options and travel as required.
