We're looking for a General Manager for a two-door, community-led pub in Bradford. Salary up to £43,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
The Flying Squirrel was refurbished in April 2025 with a £300k investment, transforming it into our new two-door pub concept, offering family-friendly dining or a community wet-led pub with sports and games. Located near Bradford city centre on a busy retail park, with good links to M62 and M606 motorways.
The pub features a traditional community food menu, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, darts, pool, and an interactive media system for events like bingo, karaoke, quizzes, and entertainment control.
Current weekly sales are approximately £16k, with potential to grow through enhanced family dining and attracting sports fans during football season. Outside, there are two drinking and dining areas, including a patio and garden, with free parking nearby.
Management accommodation includes three double bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and lounge.
