Production Team Leader Location: Near Stevenage / Hitchin · £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (Day Shift) We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join a growing team specialising in the design and manufacture of custom materials for highly regulated industries. This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing and developing a production team across fitting and paint operations within a busy manufacturing environment. This division is expanding rapidly and places strong emphasis on teamwork, continuous improvement, and long-term career development. You will play a critical role in ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
