COMPLIANCE & SDS MANAGER – CHEMICAL COMPLIANCE AND/OR SAFETY DATA EXPERIENCE FROM CHEMICALS OR MANUFACTURING REQUIRED

Our client, a leading chemicals firms, seeks a Compliance / SDS Manager to be responsible for managing the creation, distribution, and compliance of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for their products.
Key Responsibilities include;
* Develop, update, and maintain SDS for all products in compliance with CLP, GHS, and other relevant regulations.
* Ensure timely distribution of SDS to customers and stakeholders.
* Monitor changes in regulations and standards related to chemical safety and ensure compliance across all products.
* Liaise with regulatory agencies and industry groups to stay informed on best practices and compliance updates.
* Provide training to internal teams and stakeholders on SDS compliance and understanding.
* Assist in resolving any compliance-related questions or issues raised by customers or employees.
* Maintain accurate records of all SDS and compliance-related documentation.
* Ensure documentation meets quality standards and is readily accessible for audits.
* Work closely with all departments to ensure accurate chemical information and compliance.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate product safety information effectively.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in chemical compliance or safety data management with in-depth knowledge of CLP, GHS, and other relevant regulations, gained from experience in a manufacturing or chemical industry setting. NB Role is 5 onsite (free parking) 0830-1700 Mon to Fri.)
