Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Are you committed to enhancing the student experience through high-quality accommodation support?

We are seeking an experienced and professional individual to join our Accommodation Services team, supporting students living on campus and at nominated sites at Penryn and Falmouth Campuses. This role is central to ensuring that students feel safe, comfortable, and supported in their residential environment.

You will be responsible for providing frontline support to students, addressing a range of accommodation-related queries and concerns. This includes responding to maintenance issues, assisting with student arrivals, helping students settle in, and offering empathetic pastoral care when needed. You’ll work closely with other teams to ensure a smooth and supportive residential experience.

This role requires you to be a friendly, approachable and professional presence on campus, acting as a point of contact for students and helping to resolve their accommodation concerns with empathy and efficiency.

We are looking for someone with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, particularly in a student-focused environment. You should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond sensitively and effectively to student needs.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a residential or accommodation setting
* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* An understanding of the challenges students face in residential life and a commitment to supporting their wellbeing
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
* Good general level of fitness (due to the practical nature of some on-site tasks)


Experience in a similar accommodation services role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
