Overview
Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? We have an exciting opportunity for you as an Insurance Account Handler within our friendly team based in Tonbridge.
Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll work Monday to Friday (no weekends) with a basic salary relative to your experience and a generous bonus structure. You'll be rewarded with the benefits of working with the UK's largest independent Insurance Brokers. We are open to hearing from people from all backgrounds and offer hybrid and flexible ways of working for our Account Handlers if the 9-5 life isn't for you.
Responsibilities
So, what does the role of an Insurance Account Handler here involve?
Every day you will be supporting a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and supporting them with queries as they arise. This role is perfect if you love customer service or sales, as relationship-building with our clients will be the key to your success.

Some experience in the Insurance Industry is essential for this role; the rest is about you as a person:
* Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give our clients the best possible experience.
* Be proactive, use your initiative and show entrepreneurial spirit.
* Have a willingness to learn and be curious. We offer opportunities to gain qualifications that will enhance your career in this growing industry.
* Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face; some experience in customer service is important.
* Work well with your team, have a positive outlook, be engaging, collaborative and adaptable to changes.
* Demonstrate honesty and integrity, essential within a financially regulated organisation and the right way to be.
