About our KS2 Teaching Assistant Role:
As a 1:1 KS2 Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting a child's learning and development, ensuring they thrive in the classroom. You'll work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored assistance, foster confidence, and create a positive learning experience.
What We're Looking For:
Experience supporting children in KS2 (1:1 or small groups preferred) for ideally six months or more.
A Cache or NVQ Level 2 (or higher) Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
Patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach to individual needs.
Ability to build rapport with pupils and assist with learning activities.
The ability to easily commute to the area of Retford, Nottinghamshire.
