Role: Support Worker
Salary: £12.56 - £12.86 per hour
Service: Little Smugglers, RH10 3EF
Shifts: Rotational, 37.5 hours per week

Your Service
Little Smugglers is a relaxed home set in the rural countryside with opportunities to get outside in nature while being close to towns and cities for day trips. In communal areas there’s a calm but social atmosphere with activities like gaming, cooking, crafts and painting.

Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred care and support to people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
* Support meaningful activities, community involvement, and daily living tasks.
* Assist with communication and advocate for individual choice and independence.
Qualifications
* No formal qualifications required; values, empathy, and a commitment to people we support are essential.
* Experience in social care is helpful but not mandatory; training will be provided.
