We are recruiting a Site Services Operative to deliver an outstanding level of customer service and support at our corporate site. You'll play a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, guests, and contractors, while supporting the smooth delivery of essential site services.
What you'll do:
1. Provide the highest standard of customer service in line with Sodexo and client expectations.
2. Maintain site cleanliness through sweeping, litter picking, and emptying bins.
3. Assist with the delivery, storage, and distribution of supplies.
4. Support the Tech Services team with routine tasks (e.g., fire extinguisher checks, first aid box checks).
5. Accompany and support onsite contractors as required.
6. Ensure health & safety and hygiene standards are always adhered to, including COSHH compliance.
7. Take part in performance reviews, training, and development opportunities.
8. Respond positively and professionally to all client requests.
9. Act flexibly to meet the changing demands of the site.
10. Maintain knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
11. Previous experience in facilities, cleaning, or site services.
12. Strong teamworking skills with the ability to work independently when required.
13. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
14. A positive, proactive, and professional approach.
15. Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
16. Leadership capability to step up in supervisor's absence.
