As a Relationship Director, you’ll play a key role in raising the awareness of our corporate banking products. You’ll develop new customer connections and actively manage existing portfolios. It will be down to you to ensure the customer receives a positive experience throughout their relationship with us.
The difference you’ll make. • Demonstrating a client centric approach to deliver solutions for existing clients and new to bank prospects • Ensuring clients meet their short and long term needs by working collaboratively with other areas of the organisation to achieve this • Developing and managing a portfolio of customer relationships and deliver transactions, supporting clients, retaining, and growing business • Building and managing external relationships promoting the reputation of Santander with customers and external stakeholders, including building a strong professional advisor network • Understanding customers’ needs and delivery of effective solutions while ensuring adherence to policy and processes What you’ll bring. • Experience in the Northwest Corporate Banking market with proven relationship management skills • Experience in financial and credit analysis with proven business development skills It would also be nice for you to have.
