Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the processing of high-volume fortnight payrolls
* Tracking, processing and amending holiday pay, Statutory Sickness Pay and other forms of leave such as maternity/paternity pay, etc.
* Checking and validating information provided by the sites and ensuring all necessary documents are received on time and are in line with HMRC payroll guidelines.
* Checking and validating new starter documentation
* Ensuring all leaver documentation are received and made leavers in Iris Payroll.
* Maintaining and tracking Right to Work documents.
* Monitor the payroll mailbox and ensuring all queries are dealt with within a 24 hour SLA.
* Attending to telephone payroll queries.
Essential requirements are:
* 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume retail/catering environment.
* Preferably have experience in Iris Payroll.
* Passionate about a career in Payroll.
* Resilient and Adaptable.
* Pro-active attitude to work.
* Strong numeracy skills with good analytical mind.
* Self-starter with good organisational skills being able to multitask, plan, prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to build strong business and human relationships at all levels and be a team player.
