THE COMPANY One of the UK’s leading Property Consultancies is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver a diverse range of property projects across Oxford, spanning Residential, Commercial, Retail, and Mixed-Use developments. THE POSITION The role is for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the commercial management of projects across the property sectors. Duties will include cost planning, feasibility, procurement, tendering, contract administration, cost reporting, value engineering, and managing final accounts. You will support or lead project teams, manage client relationships, provide strategic cost advice, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest professional standards. The position offers exposure to a wide variety of project types and a clear route toward Associate level.
