Our Client, a well established, family run business based in Brackley, are seeking an Internal Key Account Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, This role will be responsible for providing dedicated support to their External Regional sales person, being pro-active on account management for the region ensuring seamless customer service & sales support, and co-ordinating schedules & day-to-day operations with the External Regional Sales Manager you will be grouped with. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of smaller accounts, ensuring regular communication and exceptional service. Manage the External Sales Manager’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and customer visits. Monitor and prioritise incoming emails, drafting responses where appropriate to ensure timely communication with customers and internal teams. Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up correspondence. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Handle enquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Work closely with the External Sales Manager to align on account priorities and strategy. Share insights from lower-spend accounts to help identify potential growth opportunities. Ensure smooth handovers and information flow between internal and external sales activities.
