We are looking for a highly organised, professional, confident OD Adviser to join our Organisational Development team at RBH.
As our OD Advisor, you will provide support to both the OD Manager and OD Business Partners in ensuring the efficient delivery of recruitment, training, and OD initiatives across RBH. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to identify learning needs and source suitable solutions, supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives across the organisation alongside supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Organisational and project management abilities
* Ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate learning sessions
* Analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* The ability to develop engaging written and digital content
* Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with an LMS platform
