About the Role
Cover People are currently recruiting for a Spanish Teacher to join a supportive secondary school based in Rochdale starting from Monday 15th September until at least Christmas.
This is a full time temporary opportunity for a passionate and reliable educator to make a real impact. The successful candidate will be expected to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in Spanish across KS3 & KS4 and contribute positively to the school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching in line with national curriculum standards
* Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Contribute to department planning, meetings, and wider school initiatives
* Support the academic and personal development of all learners
Person Specification
Essential:
* QTS or equivalent UK teaching qualification
* Experience teaching KS3 & GCSE Spanish
* Strong classroom and behaviour management
* A passion for teaching and pupil progress
* Right to work in the UK
