Role
* Answering enquiries by telephone, post or email.
* Processing payments accurately and efficiently
* Support and assistance for consultants
* Updating records in a timely and accurate manner and ensure back-office systems are kept up-to-date
* Obtaining valuations and preparing new business reports
* Processing new business and producing client packs
* Carry out trade instructions
* Developing technical knowledge on pensions and investments and keeping up to date with changes
* General correspondence and administration
* Open, scan, log and allocate incoming post (when needed)
* Other duties as directed by management
