We are partnering with a leading technology organisation delivering user-focused digital products and are seeking an experienced User Researcher to join their team. This is a hands-on role where research directly informs design and business decisions, helping to create products that truly meet user needs.
The Role:
* Lead and deliver end-to-end user research across multiple initiatives
* Plan, conduct, and analyse usability testing (moderated and unmoderated) as well as other qualitative and quantitative research methods
* Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure research drives decision-making
* Challenge assumptions and embed user-centered thinking into strategy and design delivery
* Communicate insights clearly and effectively to influence design and business outcomes
* Operate independently from scoping to delivery, ensuring research quality and impact
