Serious Injury SolicitorA Serious Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Leeds. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.My client is an award winning, national law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Tier 1 ranked Claimant Serious Injury team. The team supports and advises adults and children who have sustained brain, spinal cord or other serious, life changing injuries.Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of complex serious injury claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
* Investigate liability, obtain expert evidence, and develop case strategies for high-value claims.
* Work closely with clients and their families, providing clear advice and compassionate support throughout the litigation process.
* Instruct and liaise with counsel, medical experts, and rehabilitation professionals.
* Engage with insurers and defendant solicitors to negotiate settlements where appropriate.
* Ensure compliance with relevant procedural rules, regulatory obligations, and firm policies.
* Train and mentor junior colleagues in the team.
