The Role: Outdoor Education Co-ordinator - Emsworth
We’re looking for an Outdoor Education Co-ordinator to:
* Mentor and support outdoor education tutors
* Oversee and maintain equipment for adventurous activities
* Ensure activities are safe, inclusive, and engaging
* Provide feedback and guidance to foster professional growth
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day delivery of outdoor activities
* Maintain and develop equipment in line with National Governing Body standards
* Track and ensure equipment is safe and suitable
* Plan an equipment replacement programme tailored to student needs
* Enable students to progress towards NGB qualifications
* Deliver group and one-to-one sessions
* Maintain personal competency in water-based activities
* Expand the breadth and depth of RP’s activities
* Ensure compliance with HSE inspections (e.g., AALS, RYA)
Equipment areas include: Boards & Paddles | Sails | Wheels | Climbing | Archery | Navigation | Outdoor Living

* Senior instructor qualification in at least one land or water-based activity (Paddlesport, Dinghy, RYA, WGL, CWI, MIAS)
