The Role We’re looking for a Development Manager, with a demonstrable track record of securing planning for complex Central London mixed use developments to shape our schemes, build relationships with joint venture partners and coordinate consultant teams to drive our schemes forward. You’ll help shape our schemes from the ground up, build brilliant relationships with joint venture partners, and steer consultant teams as we push our Zone 1–3 London projects forward. We’re expanding because our healthy land pipeline and growing reputation means we’re optimistic about the future. Bringing with you, high rise residential development experience (London ideally), confidence with cashflows and appraisals, and a hands-on mindset. You’ll be nimble, quick to learn, and great with people. The team is led by Marcus Bate, our Partnerships and Communities Director - and that title pretty much sums up how we approach development: collaboratively, and always with community front of mind.
