We’re looking for a driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to own and grow your own desk. You’ll be responsible for winning new business, managing clients, sourcing candidates, and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment processes, while building a profitable and sustainable desk. Key Responsibilities Business Development * Generate new clients through outreach, networking, and referrals. * Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision‑makers. * Secure job briefs and develop repeat business. * Attend meetings/site visits and negotiate fees and terms. Recruitment Delivery * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement. * Source candidates via job boards, CRM, referrals, and direct search. * Screen, interview, and present high‑quality shortlists. * Manage interviews, feedback, offers, and aftercare. * Build long-term candidate networks for repeat and referral business.
