The Role
As a Maths Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils during KS3 and KS4 maths lessons
* Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who need additional support
* Help break down maths concepts in a clear, accessible way
* Assist teachers with lesson activities and classroom organisation
* Support pupils with SEND such as dyscalculia, ADHD, ASD and dyslexia
* Deliver or assist with numeracy intervention sessions
You will work closely with teachers and SEND staff to help pupils stay engaged and make progress.
