LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial online trading manager looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company.
We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 180-strong HQ team to achieve it. Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager, you’ll work across departments to help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.
The Ecommerce Trading Lead will be responsible for daily trading activities and tactical activations to meet budget and sell-through plans. This role involves website and product performance analysis, commercial planning, and close collaboration with various departments to deliver effective trading strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop B2C weekly trading plans including promotions, activations, website merchandising, bundling, ad spots, landing pages, and owned channel content in collaboration with marketing.
2. Help build and execute broader trading strategies alongside daily tactics.
3. Create B2B weekly trading plans in close collaboration with the wholesale team.
4. Represent inventory and merchandising teams within the online commercial function, monitoring inventory levels and sell-through, and working to improve performance of slower-moving products.
5. Manage the loyalty/rewards program deal mechanics, working with the Product and CRM teams to keep offerings fresh and maximize performance.
6. Analyze website performance and online product sales at category and SKU levels, report weekly, set KPIs, and present options to achieve targets.
Candidate Skills and Experience
* Proven track record in owning and delivering successful trading plans with a commercial focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Understanding of inventory management and sell-through planning.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret reports, analyze data, and develop actionable trading strategies.
* Experience in sporting goods, fashion, or seasonal consumer goods is highly advantageous.
* Ambition and the ability to grow with a rapidly expanding business.
This full-time position is based at our East Wellow office near Romsey, Monday to Friday. We value in-person collaboration and building strong team bonds.
