Job Title: Reservations Agent
Location: Onsite, St Andrews, Fife
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, helping to shape their unforgettable experience from the very beginning.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Be the voice of Fairmont: Handle telephone enquiries for leisure bookings (up to 8 rooms), showcasing efficiency and polished sales techniques.
2. Deliver seamless service: Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries received via our website, email, and letters, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.
3. Showcase our resort: Share your knowledge of our world-class facilities—from indulgent spa treatments to championship golf and exceptional dining—so every guest can make the most of their stay.
4. Support group bookings: Assist with group reservations, managing rooming lists and amendments with accuracy and care.
5. Celebrate the seasons: Promote and sell our special packages, from Valentine’s retreats to festive Christmas and New Year getaways, tailoring each offer to our guests’ needs.
