Purpose of the role:
Lead the thought leadership, methodologies, and delivery of Q5's Team Effectiveness and Coaching offer, working closely with the Organisation Development & Culture team. The role holder will contribute to Q5's Leadership and Talent Development initiatives and will be involved in shaping, selling, and delivering talent transformation and leadership development consultancy services.
Balance of activities:
60-70% client delivery; 30-40% product and business development

Practice Development
* Define and drive Q5's team effectiveness and coaching strategy, aligning with market trends and client needs
* Develop thought leadership to articulate Q5's approach to team and individual development
* Evolve offerings based on client insights, enhancing methodologies and tools
* Establish partnerships with experts and providers to enhance capabilities
* Represent Q5 as a thought leader in external forums and publications
* Mentor and support the Q5 team to achieve priorities
Business Development
* Create and implement a strategy targeting client segments
* Develop proposals and support colleagues in proposal development
* Build and nurture senior client relationships
* Identify new opportunities and expand existing accounts
* Engage in industry networks and initiatives to enhance market presence
Project/Client Account Leadership and Delivery
* Lead design and delivery of team effectiveness and coaching interventions
* Grow recurring revenue
* Mentor and lead project teams, fostering collaboration and development
* Use data and feedback to improve interventions and demonstrate ROI
* Ensure operational and commercial excellence in project execution
Requirements
* 10+ years experience in coaching and team coaching; experience in developing and commercialising talent products
* Success in consulting, leading business development, and customizing solutions
* Expertise in leadership and team development interventions
* Deep understanding of coaching principles, methodologies, and assessment tools
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, client management, and sales skills
* Relevant certifications (e.g., ICF ACC, EMCC)
* Degree in related fields is beneficial
