Community Forensic Intellectual Developmental and Disability Service
In This Specialised Role, You Will
* Work with individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and are involved in the criminal justice system.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and risks associated with each client.
* Develop and implement intervention plans to support clients in managing their behaviour and integrating into the community.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and law enforcement, to provide coordinated care.
* Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance their ability to support clients effectively.
