We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving. If you love working with numbers, ensuring employees get paid on time, and keeping payroll processes running smoothly, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Own the payroll process for the UK & ROI, working with our external provider, SDWorx.
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll data input, including starters, leavers, bonuses, and deductions.
* Perform monthly Gross to Net checks to guarantee payroll accuracy.
* Ensure all payroll activities meet SOX regulations and UK/ROI tax laws.
* Submit accurate payments to tax and social security authorities.
* Prepare and upload monthly pension data to providers.
* Be the go-to person for payroll queries, managing the payroll mailbox.
What We’re Looking For
* Payroll experience – you’ve handled payroll processes and understand the ins and outs. Minimum of 5 years experience.
* Attention to detail – accuracy is your superpower.
* Strong problem-solving skills – you don’t just find issues, you fix them.
* Excellent communication – you can explain payroll in a way that makes sense.
* Tech-savvy mindset – experience with SD Worx is a big plus!
* CIPP qualification (desirable but not essential).
