JOB SUMMARY
As a member of our Strategy & Business Operations team, you will lead planning and delivery of high priority projects. Projects include accelerating new offerings, identifying and fostering new partnerships, streamlining our operating rhythm, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The team partners with business and product leaders to drive B-Stock’s strategy, identify opportunities for growth and investment, and drive innovation and best-in class execution across teams. This person will report directly to the Vice President of Strategy & Business Operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive end-to-end strategic projects to define and accelerate the companies top growth priorities
2. Lead B-Stocks foray into new segments, offerings, or partnerships leveraging the depth of B-Stock’s data, customer relationships, and network
3. Develop strategic frameworks to identify market growth opportunities for B-Stock
4. Help business leaders and executives make smart decisions by bringing data, analysis, and industry expertise to bear on the complicated problems we are solving

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
11. 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate strategy, or business operations;
12. Passionate about marketplaces and recommerce ; experience in enterprise software/SaaS, and/or Logistics and Supply Chain a plus
The pay rate for this role will range between $130,000 to $160,000, per annum. We consider many factors when determining salary offers, such as the applicant’s work experience, education and training, skills, market data, and internal equity.
