Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis against budget and forecast. Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes Provide clear, actionable financial insights to the leadership team to improve performance and profitability Monitor departmental and project profitability, highlighting risks and opportunities Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management Manage financial administration including, but not limited to Credit control and proactive debt recovery Customer and supplier account management Processing and reconciling invoices, receipts, and payments Maintaining accurate financial records in line with company policies Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal financial controls Implement and improve financial systems, processes, and reporting tools Produce regular KPI and performance dashboards for senior management Support business cases for strategic projects and investments Must be in commutable distance to NECIT and it is an office based role Salary £35-£38,000 depending on experience Experience in engineering, inspection, or certification industries Knowledge of multi-currency accounting and international transactions 28 days annual leave (1 day per year for every year of service) Ability to join private medical & dental insurance Scheme A great team environment in a growing company Early Friday finishes – 12:15pm Opportunity to work for a company that genuinely values integrity, excellence and innovation
