Overview
e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and a large provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. We run nationwide coverage with local knowledge and operate as part of the LSL Property Services PLC Group, including Your Move, Reeds Rains and the PRIMIS mortgage network. We currently have a vacancy for Administrative Support in the Risk & Governance team.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day coverage of suspicious activity reporting, fraud management and vulnerable customer reporting, ensuring work is completed within SLA.
* Provide administrative support for Compliance, Information & Data Security, H&S and Sustainability colleagues by:
o Maintaining the supplier register and administering the annual supplier review.
o Assisting with distributing and collating Business Impact Assessments for business continuity.
o Co-ordinating activities so the company operates in a compliant manner.
* Correspond with clients, surveyors and internal departments as required.
* Prepare for internal and external compliance audits and reviews (client) where necessary alongside the Compliance Co-ordinator.
* Undertake additional duties and provide Management Information (MI) where required.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
* Learn new processes and skills.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Expertise
No specialist or technical skills are required as full training will be provided. The following qualities are essential:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Lists, Word, etc.).
* Excellent work planning and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail and accurate data processing.
* Ability to adapt to change and work autonomously.
* Excellent communication skills and strong judgement.
Desirable but Not Essential
* Understanding of contractual relationship management.
* Understanding of downward supplier compliance management.
* Experience in a Risk & Governance role.
* Flexibility in working hours may be required as business needs dictate.
