* Ongoing professional development and training courses to support staff within their job role and to achieve their potential.

We are a happy and popular school with a positive and therapeutic ethos as well as a supportive SEN team who have a passion for inclusion. We have large classrooms and a stunning outdoor learning environment including Forest School. We were last inspected by Ofsted in March 2024 and were judged as continuing to be a good school. "This is a safe, happy and nurturing school. Pupils are keen learners. Staff know the pupils well. They do their best to meet pupils’ individual needs. Pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), achieve well. The school treats each pupils as an individual and helps all to shine." Ofsted March 2024 This is a post starting immediately that would be suitable for applicants with some level of experience. The successful applicant would be working as part of a team working across the school. The Brookland Federation is committed to the wellbeing and safeguarding of children and expects all staff to share this commitment.
