Anns Home Care is recruiting a full-time, as and when Team Leader to join our busy Home Care Team in Belfast. The successful candidate will work as part of a team responsible for providing high-quality services to clients in their own homes by monitoring the quality of care. Flexibility to work unsociable hours if required is necessary.
Anns Home Care is a family-run agency with 25 years of experience in delivering and managing home care services. Our Care Assistants are central to our mission, delivering frontline care to those in need. They support elderly and vulnerable people in the community, helping them live as independently as possible.

Key Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare
* Educated to NVQ Level 2
* Access to a car and full driving licence
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
* Empathy and understanding towards clients and their families
* Leadership, support, and supervision abilities
Key Tasks and Duties
1. Maintain high standards of care, professionalism, and presentation by example.
2. Participate in and supervise the delivery of care to meet clients' physical, social, intellectual, and emotional needs, respecting their dignity, choice, independence, and privacy.
3. Promote best practices and accountability through spot checks and supervisions.
4. Monitor the quality of care provided to clients.
5. Prepare, implement, review, and update client care plans.
6. Maintain confidentiality at all times.
7. Uphold professional standards among carers and promote the company's values.
8. Keep accurate, confidential records in accordance with company policy.
9. Conduct risk assessments in clients' homes as needed.
10. Assist in implementing new care packages and ensure timely placement and introduction of carers.
11. Support in the induction and training of new care workers.
12. Provide reports on complaints, accidents, and incidents.
13. Assist in rota management and support scheduling activities.
14. Participate in the company's Quality Control programme.
15. Undertake shift cover activities as required.
