Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.

* Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
* Participating in departmental and whole:school meetings and training sessions.
* Contributing to the development of the English curriculum.
* Providing pastoral support and guidance to students.
* Communicating effectively with parents and guardians.
* Setting and marking homework and class assignments.
* Supervising and supporting student extra:curricular activities.
* Staying up:to:date with educational research and best practices.
