What You’ll Bring:
* Experience as a Sous Chef or similar within a professional kitchen.
* Ideally, experience in a nursing home, healthcare, or hospitality environment.
* Strong understanding of special diets, allergens, and nutritional care.
* A flair for presentation and a passion for exceptional food.
* Food Hygiene and Safety certification (Level 2 or higher).
* A caring, professional approach and pride in your craft.
