Job Description
3. Facilitate a positive student experience, addressing concerns and enquiries promptly and efficiently.
4. Deliver a wide range of administrative tasks, including correspondence, record keeping and report preparation.
5. Collaborate with the Business Support Department to improve processes and systems.
6. Contribute to the organisation and management of student events and activities.
7. Liaise with academic staff to ensure student welfare and academic progress.
8. Support the management of student data and records in compliance with GDPR.
9. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
10. Assist in other duties as assigned to support the department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Student Experience Officer should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
12. Demonstrable experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
13. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
14. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
15. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
